The green organics that we pick up from your bin is taken by local business IWS where it is turned into high quality compost. Some of this is supplied to First Nations Agribusiness Red Centre Enterprises to propagate native plant species. Their agribusiness projects include returning native plants and organics back into the environment and as part of this, they have donated back 550 native plants for PAE residents!
We are giving them away TODAY from Greenacres Library, Parks Library, and the Civic Centre in Port Adelaide. These plants are available on a first come first served basis so please show up to the location of your choice with some ID to prove you are a PAE resident, and pick one up.

- Saltbush Atriplex Nummularia
- Native Rosemary Olearia Axillaris
- Seaberry Saltbush
Rhagodia Candelleana
A dense sprawling shrub that can grow up to 1.5m in height and 1.5m in width.
